Kitchen Organization

Now that the kitchen is on its way to being everything I ever dreamed it could be, I'm starting to think about how to organize the flotsam and jetsam of our mail/lives into an orderly communication station.

I'm considering a combination of some of these:
Top to bottom there are Umbra lettro wall organizer, Storables letter holder, over the cabinet mail center, See Jane Work magazine pocket and one my favorites, the Umbra conceal shelf.
