Last Friday I tried out a new peppermint fudge recipe on my coworkers. It made quite a bit, so we munched on some at home too.
Monday-Shepherd's pie (from the freezer), broccoli and salad
Tuesday-homemade pizza, salad, blueberries
Wednesday-chicken scampi, salad
I picked up two person sized spiral cut ham last night, so I'm looking forward to eating that this weekend!
