Fallot Mustard and Tasty Prosecco

We've had a jar of Fallot honey balsamic mustard for awhile, and while I love the bright crisp flavor, I fell hard for the tarragon dijon mustard when I had it at my knife skills class a few weeks ago (carve a turkey, slice bread, slather with mustard, sprinkle with salt + pepper and yum).

I just picked up a jar, plus a green peppercorn as well. Good condiments can take simple ingredients so far. I feel ham and cheese panninis coming up soon.

The other tasty thing I had recently was Riondo prosecco. Give me prosecco any day over champagne. This was light and fresh, with not sicky sweet or overly dry, just right. Images from here and here.
