Blue Suede Shoes

The latest issue of Martha Stewart Living had a great article about using leather in home decorating. One idea is using heavy duty strips on the edge of stairs, something we will employ on our slippery stairs once we replace the runner.

In the inspiration picture on the fridge, the person in the picture is wearing blue suede shoes and I haven't been able to get them out of my head.
