End of December New Food

Whoops, last week was crazy busy but I did do some cooking.

Last week
Sunday-Cuban style pork roast (with a lime-garlic overnight rub) from Mad Hungry (NR), black beans and rice
Tuesday-leftover pork quesadillas

Caramel-filled chocolate cookies (NR) Holy moly! These cookies are fantastic!

This week
Monday-Cuban sandwiches with the remaining pork last week (frozen) and ham from Christmas Day, lemon egg soup and salad
Tuesday-Leftover Italian Wedding soup (frozen since September), salad

In my quest to cross homemade pretzels off my 2010 new recipe list, I'm making some from my Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cookbook.
