This pains me greatly to say as a true peppermint lover and connoisseur of peppermint chocolate confections, but both Trader Joe's candy cane Joe-Joe's and candy cane Joe-Joe ice cream gave me heartburn and just did not taste good (to me) at all. I feel like a traitor. I feel like a failure. Boo.
