This tomato and sausage risotto popped into Google Reader the day we were flying home from vacation. It was the perfect easy-to-make, big flavor dish. I used sweet sausage. Pic from MarthaStewart.com.
We love these chicken chili tacos. I use chicken breasts instead of thighs. The lime goes a long way in enhancing the flavor.
This weekend I'm making two yummy favorites. Caramel filled chocolate cookies (from Iowa Girl Eats, picture too) and pumpkin bread with brown butter frosting (from Honey & Jam, picture too.)
