Recent Eats

A few recent recipes I've made.

Lemon, olive and parsley quinoa cakes, which we had with broiled mahi mahi. It was exotic sounding food night at our house. Recipe and picture from Joy the Baker. Really delicious, though it really makes a lot of cakes. More than two people can consume.

Smothered pork chops with creamy white bean and vegetable mash (my new obsession).
