So Little Cooking

Very little cooking happened round here this week. I'm going to make up for it this weekend by cooking up a storm and saving meals in the freezer.

For the cookie swap party on Weds. (sorry no pictures) I made this Rosemary White Bean Soup (NR). It was really tasty and healthy. The only change I'd make would be strain the soup after pureeing the beans. There were a few tough bean nuggets that never fully pureed. And I got to use my new immersion blender. So easy.

My new baking recipe was chocolate Nutella cookies. I forgot to buy hazelnuts, so the nutty flavor wasn't as strong, but they were really good. And very chewy.
