- Leftover spaghetti and Graziano sausage, salad
- Glazed salmon teriyaki, rice pilaf and salad. This was the first time I planned ahead enough to take the fish out of the fridge at least half and hour before cooking. World of difference.
- Smothered porkchops, salt + vinegar potatoes and salad
- Baked chicken with creamy tomato sauce, broccoli and salad (tonight's dinner)
