Food, Last Week and This Week

Last week:
  • Leftover spaghetti and Graziano sausage, salad
  • Glazed salmon teriyaki, rice pilaf and salad. This was the first time I planned ahead enough to take the fish out of the fridge at least half and hour before cooking. World of difference.
This week:
I'm not cooking dinner much this week because of a combination of busy work schedules and some Easter baking. Parker House rolls and chocolate chip cookies, here I come.
