Coming back from vacation and thinking about meals can either be invigorating or exhausting. I personally am invigorated and have ideas for fresh and simple meals, but I'm too exhausted to put them into action.
Tuesday-Tomato and white bean soup, salad and prosciutto paninis with sourdough from Boudin in SF
Wednesday-Balsamic chicken, pan roasted Yukon gold potatoes and oven roasted asparagus with blood orange olive oil from Stonehouse
Thursday-Macaroni + cheese with bacon, oven roasted broccoli
I'm excited about spring and the new vegetables it brings.
